We just want to say that our family is very, very pleased with Dennis, Mike Skibbe, Jim Revell, Marty, Kate, Colleen, and everybody else who dealt with our needs when we recently visited South Suburban Mitsubishi. We had three simple requirements, and with the help of Dennis, the sales manager, and Mike Skibbe, our sales guy, we drove away very happy, very satisfied, and only a bit sad for leaving our 2005 Eclipse behind (we REALLY, really loved that car)! Our 2011 Outlander Sport is just fabulous! Fantastic safety features, incredible gas mileage, so much fun to drive (we put over 200 miles on it the first week!), and Mike continues to be a big help when David calls him to ask about some gadget he discovered inside the cabin! A big "Whale Done!" to all the staff at South Suburban Mitsubishi for making our recent new car buying experience truly a pleasure. We made a great deal, with the dealer owner even coming over to meet and greet us. Jim really is a decent guy, and that is saying a lot, not just about a guy who sells cars, but also about the way he treats his employees and his customers, and even his potential customers! Thanks again for a really, truly pleasant car-buying experience. Dennis, you really know how to listen and uncover a client's true needs. Mike Skibbe, you have a great sense of humor and you are the first ZERO-PRESSURE sales guy we have ever met in the auto industry. AWESOME! (great training job, Dennis!). Jim, it is obvious that you know how to treat your employees (and everyone who walks in your dealership doors) like they are your friend. You should do very well, because you are an authentic person (who just happens to sell cars)! Our best to all, and we will see you again when our first oil change is due!

I live in Ohio and I purchased a 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander from South Suburban Mitsubishi in Monee, IL. Jeff, the salesman that handled the sale for me, was very attentive to all of my needs. He made sure that I was comfortable with my choice and that everything went smoothly. I drove about two hours and I must confess I do not regret doing so. After going through different salesman, and bad customer service, I am so happy that I found a car dealership that helped me and have employees that care about the customer's interest. Orlando provided me with excellent customer service, he met all my expectations. He provided me with different options and excellent feedback regarding the Outlander. I consider myself to be a car guy and a bargain hunter. That is usually a bad combination when shopping for a car at a dealership. That has not been the case for me at South Suburban. I bought my last car from them and I have also bought from them in the past. I have never been able to beat their prices. I always checked at other dealerships and when I told them what South Suburban's price was, they thought I was kidding. Usually when you get a great price, you expect to have a subpar service department. That has not been my experience at this dealership. Anytime I have had a service issue with a car I bought from them, it was handled professionally and courteously. I even bought an extended warranty from them with the stipulation that they do all the work!!! Bottom line, if you are looking for a car for a great price that comes with a professional service department and a friendly, knowledgeable sales staff that stands behind their work, look no further than South Suburban Mitsubishi!
